WoodmenLife Appointments Megan Barber Director & Chief Data Officer
WoodmenLife is pleased to announce that Megan Barber has been promoted to Director & Chief Data Officer, effective March 23, 2026.
Barber has been with WoodmenLife for more than two years and most recently served as Manager, Data Analytics. In that role, she played a key part in strengthening enterprise data capabilities and advancing the organization's use of data to support informed business decision-making.
As Director & Chief Data Officer, Barber will provide strategic leadership for enterprise data management, data operations, and data analytics. Her focus will be on ensuring data across the organization is accurate, accessible, secure, and aligned with business outcomes.
Barber will continue to partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to help WoodmenLife leverage data more effectively across the organization. She will oversee the Data Solutions and Data Management teams and the enterprise data analytics function.

Barber holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Montana, an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and a graduate certificate in Enterprise Business Architecture from Penn State University.
