Schemmer names two new shareholders and three new associates

Schemmer has named David Greusel, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP, and JohnPluta as shareholders and Greg Houston, AIA, NCARB; Zach Justus, MBA, CPA; and Joe Poole, PLS, as associates.
New shareholders
David Greusel, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP, manages architecture and public assembly venues from Schemmer's Kansas City, Missouri, office. He has more than 45 years of architectural experience and specializes in arenas, ballparks, civic and convention centers, and athletic and recreation facilities.
John Pluta is Schemmer's information technology manager. With more than 20 years of experience, he oversees the firm's technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection and system performance.
New associates
Greg Houston, AIA, NCARB, manages architecture in Schemmer's Denver office and leads the firm's architecture practice across Colorado. His experience includes commercial, mixed-use, industrial, multifamily and hospitality projects.
Zach Justus, MBA, CPA, is Schemmer's finance manager. He directs the firm's accounting, budgeting, audit, tax, purchasing, insurance and related financial activities across all locations.
Joe Poole, PLS, is Schemmer's Lincoln metro survey team lead and a licensed professional land surveyor in Nebraska. He has 17 years of experience in construction staking, boundary surveys, as-built surveys and private development work.
